How do I get things started?
My focus is to simplify your life. I keep things as easy as possible while assisting you in achieving your goals. With these initial basic steps, we’re on our way to Getting Your Work Done!
1. Contact me to discuss the details of your specific needs and time agendas.
2. I’ll provide a Proposal (including pricing and time frames) and an Agreement option based off our discussion.
3. You decide what fits your needs best.
4. Upon receipt of the completed/signed Agreement (designed to consider both parties) and the retainer fee, I get going and Your Work Gets Done!

How much does it cost?
I provide a wide variety of services, including short-term projects and on-going assistance. It is important to me to understand and consider your particular needs and time constraints so I can offer you the most accurate and fair pricing options. The main topics discussed in determining cost are:
– Type of work/project specifics
– Time frame requests
– Individual requirements
Based off our discussion about these details, I will provide you a Proposal, including pricing and time frame options to choose from. On average, my fee schedule ranges between $35 to $85 per hour.

Where are you located?
My office is located in downtown Denver, Colorado and I’m happy to call it my native state.

What are your hours of operation?
I am in the Mountain Time Zone since I am based out of Colorado. However, my hours vary from day to day depending on my client’s needs. For example, I may find myself working late into the evening, past typical business hours, to assist a client in meeting a deadline. In another instance, a client might have reserved a unique time slot with me in order to fit their project requirements. Therefore, my hours of operation are not restricted to standard business hours but instead, fluctuate accordingly. I encourage you to contact me anytime, Monday through Friday, (excluding major holidays), and you can trust that I will respond as quickly as possible.

What is your turnaround time for Short-Term Projects?
This depends on the type of project and the specific needs and requirements involved. Once we have discussed these details, I will provide you time frame options for completing the project. You will be able to select the option that works best for your turnaround time. In most cases, I must have a minimum of 48 hours prior to beginning your project after receipt of the completed/signed Agreement. (Helpful Hint: See ‘How do I get things started?’ above.)

How does your On-Going Assistance option work?
I am able to devote time and focused attention to suit your on-going needs whether it be on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis. Some of my clients reserve certain guaranteed time slots that work best for meeting their needs on a regular basis. Other on-going clients contact me at the beginning of each week with the tasks they want accomplished by the end of the week. Regardless of your situation, I will work with you to find an appropriate arrangement to fit your on-going needs.

What computer software skills do you offer?
Throughout my long history as a Virtual Assistant, I have always strived to stay current with the latest software programs. Therefore, even if you have an earlier version, I will most likely be familiar with it. Please visit my Services Offered page for more information or contact me to discuss your specifics.

How am I assured our business interactions are kept private and confidential?
I am committed to respecting my client’s privacy and confidentiality. I never share private information with any outside party unless specifically indicated within the signed/completed Agreement or additional permission is expressed in writing. (Some clients determine they want to allow access to private information to include select business partners, associates, etc.)

What does “working remotely” mean?
Remote functions vary depending on a client’s specific needs. For example, my remote services most commonly involve sending and receiving projects/tasks via email or through Dropbox and/or logging into your computer using Internet-based remote access software such as TeamViewer. In some cases, Skype is a useful software application. It truly depends on each unique situation. I assist my clients in determining our best remote option(s) and set-up guidance if needed. This may sound complicated but I assure you, it’s a cinch!

How do I pay?
I accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). I also accept Electronic Checks (a bank transfer from your chosen bank account). The process is quick and easy. I will email you your invoice which provides a link with simple instructions for making your safe and secure payment. Within this link, you also have the option to view the privacy policy for making your payment as well as printing/receiving a receipt for your payment.
